8:30 am. Take PCH a couple miles North of Laguna Beach to the Los Trancos lot, which is parking for the cottages. From the North, it’s about 1 mile south of Newport Coast Drive. $15 fee upon exiting the lot, unless you have a California State Park Golden Bear pass for seniors. Meet near the Beachcomber Restaurant or paint the Bluffs to the south, or paint the unrestored cottages to the north, under construction. Restrooms in two locations. See the Plein air Gallery called the “Store” to get inspired.
