to everyone who helped make this year's 16th Annual Back Bay Festival Juried Show and Weekend Show & Sale
a huge success!


This weekend at the Back Bay, 34 artists showcased hundreds of original paintings! We had a lovely turnout, with over 75 paintings sold throughout the Festival. Many people came and enjoyed viewing and shopping the artwork, meeting the artists, listening to harp music by Charis Bergey and of course, exploring the beautiful Upper Back Bay. It was a fun and successful weekend and SOCALPAPA thanks everyone who participated!

On Friday evening against the beautiful backdrop of the Back Bay at sunset, the Newport Bay Conservancy and OC Parks hosted an Artist's Reception for all the participating artists and select patrons. There was wine and cheese, mingling and enjoying all the paintings on display, and 13 awards given out, with SOCALPAPA awarding cash and certificates for art supplies and artistic services valued at over $1,000. Congratulations to the evening's talented winners:
