Saturday, April 4, 9:00 am
San Juan Capistrano Mission

Take the 5 Fwy to San Juan Capistrano, Hwy 74 Ortega Hwy, exit west and immediate R on Old Mission Road. Park in the pay lots on the left. If you are not a current member, the Mission has an entrance fee, Seniors get a small discount. Paint in front or back courtyard. Restrooms North side of back courtyard, and East side of front courtyard in the corner.

Friday, April 10, 9am
Newport Back Bay, Big Canyon Parking Lot

From the 405 or 73, go South on Jamboree Blvd a few miles and go Right on San Joaquin Hills Road down the hill to Back Bay Drive, go right 1/4 mile to the parking lot. Port a potty in the lot. Paint views of the buffs/cliffs, or back up Big Canyon the other side of the road.

Saturday, April 18, 9am
Laguna Beach, Diver's Cove
MENTOR PAINT OUT

Mark Jacobucci Mentor Day, Laguna Beach Picnic Beach (Divers Cove). Take Hwy 133 into Laguna Beach, go R on PCH up the hill and take Myrtle towards the water. 499 Cliff Drive will get you about the middle of the beach at Myrtle. Park on the metered parking on the street. Look for our SOCALPAPA flag. Restrooms near. Mark will be there to mentor as needed.

El Moro Beach,
Crystal Cove State Park, Newport Coast

El Moro Bch

Going North from Laguna, take PCH to the traffic light at the School/Ranger Station. Go up the narrow road, bear right through the gate. $15 State park fee, unless you have a Senior golden bear pass, which can be obtained at the ranger station nearby for $20. Park down the hill, and walk under the tunnel. May have to remove shoes if the tunnel has water from high tide recently. Paint views of the Abalone Point cliffs and beach.
